Without ABS

REMOVE






1. Remove the rear hub assembly. Refer to Rear Hub Service and Repair
2. Remove disc bolts.
3. Remove disc from rear hub.

REFIT

4. Fit disc onto the hub.
5. Fit disc bolts. Tighten to 73 Nm.
6. Check the total disc runout, this must not exceed 0.15 mm. If necessary reposition the disc.
7. Fit the hub assembly. Refer to Rear Hub Service and Repair

Disc Reclamation

8. Check the disc thickness. This dimension may be reduced to a minimum thickness of 13 mm. Equal amounts must be machined off each face.
