5.7L ENGINE










1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Drain coolant.Service and Repair
3. Remove serpentine belt.Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Removal
4. Remove fan clutch assembly.Viscous Radiator Fan Clutch - Removal
5. Remove coolant fill bottle.Coolant Recovery Bottle - Removal
6. Remove fan shroud assembly.
7. Remove A/C compressor, generator brace and generator,A/C Compressor - Removal and Generator - Removal.
8. Remove idler pulleys.
9. Remove belt tensioner assembly.Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner - Removal
10. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses.
11. Remove heater hoses (4).
12. Remove water pump mounting bolts and remove pump (3).
