TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test P1603-PCM INTERNAL DUAL-PORT RAM COMMUNICATION.

WHEN MONITORED
Ignition off, on, and run/start.

SET CONDITION
Internal PCM failure detected. Intermittent open on PCM Connector 1, pin 12, (F11) Fused Ignition Switch Output circuit.
