SYMPTOM
PASSENGER OFF INDICATOR CIRCUIT SHORT TO BATTERY

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on, the ACM monitors the PAB Indicator Driver circuit for voltage from the PAB On - Off Switch indicator circuit.

SET CONDITION
The code will set if the ACM senses battery voltage on the PAB Indicator Driver circuit.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Checking equipment
- PAB on - off switch indicator short
- Passenger airbag indicator short to fused run - start circuit
- Passenger airbag indicator driver circuit shorted to battery
- ACM, PAB indicator driver circuit short to battery
- Stored code or intermittent condition
- Active code present
