Pressure Hose

PRESSURE HOSE

REMOVAL

1. Siphon the power steering fluid from the reservoir.
2. Remove the radiator crossmember.
3. Remove the fan.
4. Remove the fan shroud.
5. Remove the serpentine belt.





6. Remove the pressure hose (2) at the pump (3).





7. Remove the pressure hose from the gear.
8. Remove the pressure hose (1) mounting bracket bolts (2) from behind the headlamp assembly
9. Remove the pressure hose (1) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION





1. Install the pressure hose (1) to the vehicle..





2. Install the pressure hose mounting bracket bolts (2) behind the headlamp assembly Tighten to 12 Nm (9 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the pressure hose to the gear. Tighten the hose to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).





4. Install the pressure hose (2) at the pump (3). Tighten the hose to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the serpentine belt.
6. Install the fan shroud.
7. Install the fan.
8. Install the radiator crossmember.
9. Refill the power steering fluid.
