Front

REMOVAL




1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. On models with a diesel engine only, remove the plastic push-in fasteners that secure the forward end of the front wheelhouse splash shield to the front fascia.
4. On models with a diesel engine only, pull the forward end of the front wheelhouse splash shield away from the front fascia far enough to access the back of the front fog lamp housing on the back of the fascia.
5. Disconnect the wire harness connector (4) from the fog lamp socket (1).
6. Remove the two screws (3) that secure the lamp to the back of the fascia.
7. Remove the lamp from the seat in the face of the front fascia.

INSTALLATION




1. Position the front fog lamp into the seat in the face of the front fascia. Be certain that the two alignment pins (2) on the back of the lamp housing are engaged in the alignment holes in the seat.
2. Install and tighten the two screws (3) that secure the lamp to the back of the fascia. Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (14 in. lbs.).
3. Reconnect the wire harness connector (4) to the fog lamp bulb socket (1).
4. On models with a diesel engine only, reinstall the plastic push-in fasteners that secure the front wheelhouse splash shield to the front fascia.
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
7. Confirm proper front fog lamp alignment.
