Replacement

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove wiper arm assemblies.
2. Remove cowl trim panel attaching screws and the trim panel.

3. Disconnect washer hose, then remove mounting bracket attaching nuts and pivot pin attaching screws.
4. Disconnect wiper motor electrical connector, then remove wiper motor and linkage assembly. The wiper motor is shrouded in a rubber protective boot. Exercise caution when removing or replacing wiper motor to avoid damaging boot.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
