Wiper Gear Box: Service and Repair

1. Remove both wiper arms, then remove nuts attaching pivots to windshield frame.
2. Remove windshield hold-down knobs or bolts, as equipped, then tilt windshield forward.
3. Remove lefthand and righthand access hole covers, then disconnect wiper motor drive link from left wiper pivot.
4. Remove windshield wiper transmission through access hole.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
