A. Install Air Bleed Control Valve Harness

1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.





2. Locate the spark signal hose on the choke side of the carburetor. Cut the hose two inches from the carburetor as shown in Figure 1.





3. Insert the small vacuum tee of the supplied harness between the ends of the hoses (Figure 2).





4. Cut the canister purge hose six inches from the tee at the rear of the carburetor (Figure 3).





5. Install the large tee of the supplied harness between the cut ends of the purge hose (Figure 4).





6. Secure the harness filter assembly to the convolute covered electrical harness (above the coolant hose) behind the carburetor with the supplied tie wrap. Make sure to point filter head downward as shown. (Figure 5).

NOTE:
Position the filter such that the air supply holes are pointed to the side or tilted no more than 45 downward.
