Installation

Jeep, Type 1 Front Brakes, 4WD:




INSTALL
1. Clean the hub and rotor mating surfaces (1) and the rotor braking surfaces (2) as necessary.
2. Install the rotor on the hub.
3. Install the caliper.

Remove Or Install Slide Pins:




4. Torque the mounting pins to 34-47 Nm (25-35 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the wheel and lug nuts. Torque the lug nuts to 102 Nm (75 ft. lbs.).
6. Lower the vehicle and check for proper brake system operation.
