Air Injection Check Valve: Service and Repair

CHECK VALVE, REPLACE

1. Disconnect pump outlet hose at check valve.
2. Remove check valve from air manifold, being careful not to bend or twist air manifold.
3. Reverse procedure to install.




V6-173 ENGINES

1. Disconnect diverter valve hoses and electrical connector from diverter valve.
2. Remove valve to bracket attaching screws, then the valve from bracket.
3. Reverse procedure to install.
