NEW A/C COMPRESSOR ADJUSTING STRAP

A new A/C compressor strap and A/C compressor mounting pivot bolt entered production on Cherokee/Wagoneer models with turbo diesel and A/C starting with VIN 1JXXXXXXXHT142505. When servicing a 1986 or 1987 Cherokee/Wagoneer turbo diesel with A/C for a compressor vibration, poor interior cooling or a loose belt, check the A/C strap and compressor pivot bolt. If either the bolt or strap are damaged replace both.
