Fast Idle Adjustment

Adjust fast idle speed with engine at normal operating temperature and EGR valve hose (if equipped) disconnected. Position fast idle adjusting screw in contact with second step and against the shoulder of top step of fast idle cam. Adjust to specifications by turning fast idle adjustment screw.
