Front Safety Belt Retractor

Removal
1 Make the SRS system safe. For additional information, refer to Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering
2 Remove the rear quarter trim panel. For additional information, refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel - Vehicles Without: Convertible Top Rear Quarter Trim Panel [2-Door]

3 Remove the safety belt retractor assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove and discard the Torx bolt.

Installation
1 Install the safety belt retractor assembly.
- Install a new Torx bolt and tighten to 45 Nm (33 lb.ft).
- Connect the electrical connector.
2 Install the rear quarter trim panel. For additional information, refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel - Vehicles Without: Convertible Top Rear Quarter Trim Panel [2-Door]
