Front Seat Lumbar Motor

Removal
1 Make the SRS system safe. For additional information, refer to Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering
2 Remove the front seat. For additional information, refer to Front Seat Removal and Replacement




3 Release the front seat backrest cover lower tension straps.
- Release from the seat frame.




4 Release the 9 front seat backrest cover rear panel retaining clips.
- Release from the backrest cover.
- Release from the seat frame.




5 Release the front seat lumbar assembly.
- Release the 3 electrical connectors.
- Remove the clip.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
6 Remove the front seat lumbar assembly.

Installation
1 Install the front seat lumbar assembly.
2 Secure the front seat lumbar assembly.
- Install the clip.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Secure the electrical connectors.
3 Secure the front seat backrest cover rear panel retaining clips.
- Attach to the seat frame.
- Attach to the backrest cover.
4 Secure the front seat backrest cover lower tension straps.
- Attach to the seat frame.
5 Install the front seat head restraint.
6 Install the front seat. For additional information, refer to Front Seat Removal and Replacement
