Front Bumper Reinforcement: Service and Repair

Front Bumper

Removal

1. Remove the front bumper cover.
2. Detach the ambient air temperature sensor.







3. Detach the power steering oil cooler.







4. Detach the headlamp washer hose.







5. Remove the wiring harness to front bumper retaining clips.







6. Remove the front bumper.







Installation

1. Install the front bumper.
- Tighten to 45 Nm.







2. Install the wiring harness to front bumper retaining clips.







3. Attach the headlamp washer hose.







4. Attach the power steering oil cooler.







5. Attach the ambient air temperature sensor.







6. Install the front bumper cover.
