Test C: C1137

C: C1137-Control module internal circuit failure

C1: CHECK CONDITION OF FUSE
1. Check 5A fuse located in underbonnet fusebox, fuse 4.
^ Is the fuse OK?

-> Yes
Go to [C2]

-> No
Replace fuse.

C2: MEASURE CONNECTOR RESISTANCE
1. Disconnect connector LF037. Measure the voltage between pins 20 and 24.
^ Is the voltage approximately 12 volts?

-> Yes
Replace ABS/TCS module.

-> No
Go to [C3]

C3: INSPECT HARNESS/CONNECTORS
1. Inspect harness/connectors from ABS module to fusebox for damage / corrosion, bent / pushed back pins.
^ Is damage found?

-> Yes
Repair as necessary.

-> No
Replace HCU.
