NOTE: Tighten the bolts in the indicated sequence. New head bolts and washers must be used.

Install cylinder head.
^ Tighten to 30°
^ Tighten 90°
^ Loosen 360°
^ Tighten to 30°
^ Tighten 90°
^ Tighten 90°

INTAKE MANIFOLD





Intake Manifold Retaining Bolts 10 Nm.

NOTE: The intake manifold retaining bolts in position 1,2,3 and 4 are longer than the retaining bolts in position 5,6,7 and 8.

CAMSHAFT BEARING CAP





Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts 10 Nm.

EXHAUST MANIFOLD





Exhaust Manifold Right Hand Side 20 Nm.





Exhaust Manifold Left Hand Side 20 Nm.
