ISSUE:

Some 1995 MY Sedan Range vehicles within the above VIN range may exhibit inconsistent return of the brake pedal. This condition may be caused by interference between the brake pedal bushings and the pivot pin/pedal box or by weak brake booster spring pressure.

If this problem exists, it can be resolved by inspecting and greasing the pivot pin, and if necessary, installing a revised brake booster with a higher rate return spring.
