Canister Purge Control Valve: Service and Repair

Remove
- Remove the left-hand headlamp relay cover (1).
- Remove the left-hand air cleaner element (2).
- Remove the left-hand air cleaner assembly (3).
- Remove air box mounting bracket (4).
- Disconnect 'A' and 'B' bank purge valve multi-plugs (5).
- Mark each plug to aid re-connection.
- Release securing clip (6).
- Disconnect all hoses (7) from valve.
- Remove valve (8).

Refit the purge valve in the reverse order of the removal procedure.

NOTE: Ensure that all multi-plugs are connected securely to their corresponding markings.
