Test Note 3:

The pipe must always be connected to the gauge first. The test point adaptor has a one-way valve installed and incorrect installation could cause loss of fluid at high pressure.

Test Note 4:

^ Disconnect the power hydraulics pump feed pipe at the valve block.





^ Install the relief valve adaptor (JRVO) 12 mm thread and washer to the valve block, Fig. 2.

^ Reconnect the power hydraulics feed pump to the adaptor.

^ Remove the most assessable plug from the adaptor.

^ Install and tighten the Pump and Master Cylinder Test Point adaptor (04) and seal washer, Fig. 2.



Test Note 5:

To remove the valve block adaptor, the following procedure should be used:

^ Switch off engine.

^ Pump brake pedal until high pedal resistance is felt.

^ Remove pipe and gauge assembly from the valve block adaptor.
