Oil Pressure Regulator Valve: Service and Repair

Remove the exhaust down pipe (catalyst cars only).

Oil Filter Adaptor-Relief Flow System:

Remove the clip on the relief valve vent hose (1). Disconnect the hose.
Loosen the relief valve and unscrew from the filter head (2). Discard the sealing washer.
Fit the replacement relief valve to the filter head, using a new sealing washer.
Refit the vent hose using a new clip.
Refit the exhaust down pipe (catalyst cars only).
Refill the engine with clean oil.

Valve to filter head 1O4-14O Nm

Exhaust down pipe to manifold 30-35 Nm
