Reservoir-Brake Fluid

Brake Fluid Reservoir:

REMOVE
1. Remove reservoir cap and switch assembly.
2. Detach two spring clips and withdraw two retaining pins.
3. Place suitable container in position to catch fluid.
4. Pull reservoir vertically away from master cylinder.
5. Fit closing plugs to grommets in master cylinder ports.

REFIT


1. Pry grommets from master cylinder ports. Inspect ports for complete cleanliness and fit new grommets, lubricating them with brake fluid before insertion.
2. Press replacement reservoir into position and replace retaining pins and spring clips.
3. Fill reservoir to bottom of neck with recommended fluid (Castrol-Girling LMA Brake Fluid).
4. Bleed brakes
