Condenser Fan Motor Relay: Testing and Inspection

1. Check continuity between relay terminals 2 and 4. Continuity should not exist.
2. Apply battery voltage between terminals 1 and 3.
3. Check continuity between terminals 2 and 4 again. Continuity should exist.
