SERVICE INFORMATION

Where local regulations require the installation of a front license plate, two holes must be drilled in the front bumper as described in this Service Bulletin.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1. Determine the centerline of the front bumper using Isuzu emblem and the lower bumper fascia center strip as reference (Figure 1).

2. Make a fine, non-permanent mark 89 mm to the left and to the right of the centerline.

3. At each mark made in Step 2, measure 6 mm down from the lower edge of the front bumper strip (Figure 2). Drll a 5.5 mm hole at this point (Figure 1). Drill only deep enough to penetrate the bumper fascia.

4. Attach the license plate with 2 self-tapping 6 mm screws, 16 mm in length.
