EGR Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

Removal / Replacement
Preparation: Disconnect Battery Ground Cable.

1. Disconnect Electrical Connector.
2. Disconnect Vacuum Hoses from Vacuum Switch Valve (VSV).
3. Disconnect the two fasteners that hold VSV to Intake Manifold.

Installation
To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order.

3. Install VSV and Retaining bolts.
2. Reconnect Vacuum Hoses.
1. Reconnect Electrical Connector.
