Steering Position Function Does Not Operate

STEERING POSITION FUNCTION DOES NOT OPERATE


Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK AUTOMATIC DRIVE POSITIONER CONTROL UNIT POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check automatic drive positioner control unit power supply and ground circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 2.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CHECK TILT AND TELESCOPIC SWITCH
Check tilt and telescopic switch. Refer to Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 3.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
3.CHECK TILT AND TELESCOPIC SENSOR
Check tilt and telescopic sensor. Refer to Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
