2006 M (Y50) equipped with Bose 2 Channel stereo system or Bose Studio Surround 5.1 Channel system.

IF YOU CONFIRM

There is no sound from the audio system and

The volume level is not displayed and

Audio Settings (treble bass balance fade) are not available. NOTE: This incident if it should occur may be intermittent.

ACTION





Replace the Bose Amp with a new one listed in the Parts Information.

Refer to section AV in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for replacement information.

NOTE: Do Not replace the Radio Head (Audio Unit) for this incident.
