After-Test Procedures

^ Assemble all notes, gauge and temperature readings.

^ Compare all of the information with appropriate Service Manual / Technical Bulletin values.

^ If the vehicle has passed the Operational Check, Refrigerant Loop Checks, and A.T.C. Self-diagnosis Check, then set the A.T.C. system trimmer (auxiliary mechanism) to "-6" and return the vehicle to the customer.

Note
Indicate in the customer's service history that the trimmer was adjusted so it can be reset when cooler weather returns, avoiding possible poor heating complaints.

^ If the vehicle doesn't pass one or more of the tests, make the necessary repairs using appropriate procedures. Retest the system before returning the vehicle to the customer, making sure the complete system is operating as designed.
