Refer to images for steering column disassemble and assemble procedures, noting the following:
1. Unlock steering column when disassembling and assembling.

2. To remove combination switch, insert suitable tool between mating surfaces.

3. With non-tilt wheel, install O-ring before installing shaft into column.

5. Install snap ring on upper shaft using a suitable tool.

6. To remove steering lock, drill out self shear screws. Replace with new self shear screw heads.
