With SST

Disconnect Coil:

1. Disconnect the #1 ignition coil terminal.

Timing Light Connection:

2. Connect SST adapter harness (Kent-Moore #J-36777-2 or equivalent) between ignition coil and engine harness.
3. Connect trigger unit (Kent-Moore #J-36777-1 or equivalent) to adapter harness.

SST Adapter:

4. Connect timing light to trigger loop, aligning direction marks of SST and timing light clamp if aligning mark is pinched.

Timing should be: 15° ±2°BTDC
