Ignition Relay: Testing and Inspection

Ignition Relay:

1. Apply voltage to the relay terminals 1 and 2
2. Check continuity between terminals 3 and 5.
^ With 12 Volts DC supplied to terminals 1 and 2: Continuity
^ With NO 12 Volt DC supply to terminals 1 and 2: NO Continuity
3. Replace the relay if it fails the test.
