Evaporative Emission Control Canister: Testing and Inspection

Carbon Canister Inspection:

1. Blow air into port (A). Air should NOT flow.
2. Apply vacuum to port (A).
3. Cover opening at area (D).
a. Blow air into port (C) and ensure free flow out of port (B).
4. Replace canister if it fails above tests.
