DISASSEMBLY
1. Bend claws of stopper cap outward.
2. Lightly push piston into cylinder bore, then remove valve stopper, Fig. 6.
3. Remove piston assemblies from master cylinder. If piston assemblies are stuck in bore of master cylinder, apply air pressure as shown in Fig. 5.
4. Remove reservoir tank.

ASSEMBLY
1. Install secondary piston, then primary piston in master cylinder bore.
2. Align secondary piston slit with valve stopper mounting hole.
3. Install stopper cap.
4. Install reservoir seals, then reservoir.
5. Push lightly on piston, then install valve stopper.
