1. Raise and support vehicle, then disconnect tension rod, stabilizer connecting rod and knuckle. Figs. 6 and 7.
2. Disconnect ball joint from steering knuckle with suitable tool.
3. Remove control arm attaching bolts, then remove ball joint and control arm as an assembly.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications and check wheel alignment.
