1. Raise and support vehicle, then disconnect outer tie rod from steering knuckle.
2. Separate steering knuckle from strut.
3. Remove stabilizer, tension rod and transverse link assembly. Fig. 8.
4. Separate ball joint from steering knuckle with suitable press. Fig. 9.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque to specifications.
