SERVICE INFORMATION:

All affected vehicles were produced with an FMVSS Certification Label that indicates an incorrect Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) and Gross Axle Weight Rating Front (GAWR)(FR).

SERVICE PROCEDURE:





A correcting supplemental label (Fig. 1) must be placed on each affected vehicle (including new units in dealer inventory and dealer demonstrators). Retailed units should be corrected when owners return to an Infiniti dealership for any type of service. The FMVSS label is located on the driver's side door pillar. The area immediately below the FMVSS label should be cleaned to ensure it is free of grease, dirt or waxes, and a supplemental label applied. (See Fig. 2.)
