SERVICE INFORMATION:

M30 vehicles having transmissions built before the applied transmission #/date, may exhibit transmission slipping or improper shifting. This condition may be caused by insufficient torquing of the servo retainer bolts.

SERVICE PROCEDURE:





If a customer complains of slipping in 2nd or 4th gear or no shifting to 2nd gear, follow the procedure listed on the flowchart.
