SERVICE INFORMATION:

To improve cellular phone warranty diagnosis and repair, a diagnostic report form has been created which will help describe the equipment failure. Attached to this Bulletin are ten (10) copies of the "Cellular Phone Diagnostic Report". Whenever a repair involving an exchange of Infiniti cellular phone components is necessary, the Service Consultant must complete a "Cellular Phone Diagnostic Report". This report must accompany the defective equipment sent to tbe phone manufacturer.

Note: Returned component(s) will not be accepted unless accompanied by a completed diagnostic report.
