No. 1 - Heater Control Unit

SYMPTOM:
Buzzing noise is produced around the center of the instrument panel.

REPAIR METHOD
Tools required:
Urethane tape
How to repair:
(1) Remove cluster lid C.
(2) Remove heater control unit mounting screws.
(3) Apply urethane tape to the heater control unit harness (figure [1]).
(3) Apply urethane tape to the hazard switch harness and a fog lamp switch connector clamped on the harness which is not used on vehicles without optional fog lamp (figure [2]).
