Monitor Scantool Data

1. Park the vehicle on an even ground.
2. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
3. IG "ON"
4. Monitor the "RF RSSI Background" parameter on the scantool.

Specification : The value of RF RSSI Background is below 1.5 V.
