Monitor Scantool Data

1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Engine "ON" and Head lamp"ON"
3. Monitor the "AFLS OFF S/W" parameters on the scantool.

Specification : Operation S/W -> OFF, Not operation S/W -> ON
