Air Door Actuator / Motor Relay: Testing and Inspection

Checking (Automatic Temperature Control)

1. Connect voltmeter to pin 1 (+) and pin 6 (-).






2. Inspect that voltage changes up to air mixing door position pushing temperature switch up and down.
(COOL : 17°C, HOT : 32°C)

Note: Cool means that the mix door is open to Cool side. Of course, warm is opposite.
