Evaporative Emissions System: Description and Operation

DESCRIPTION
The evaporation monitoring system is to prevent from going off and reduce harmful evaporative gas. The monitoring is done by way of a checking evaporative system. A canister close valve (CCV) and a fuel tank pressure sensor(FTP on the fuel tank) is used to close the system and to observe tank pressure respectively. That is, FTP(on the fuel tank) detects the differential pressure between inside and outside of fuel tank, the signal is sent to ECM to operate CCV, PCV.
