Engine Mounting

REMOVAL
1. Attach an engine hoist to the engine hooks, and raise the engine just enough so that there is no pressure on the insulators.






2. Remove the engine mount insulator bolts.
3. Remove the engine mount bracket from the engine.

INSTALLATION
Installation is the reverse of removal, tighten as follows:
a. Right Mounting Insulator (large) Nut 90-110 Nm (900-1100 kg. cm, 68-80 ft. lbs.).
b. Right Mounting Insulator (small) Nut 45-60 Nm (450-600 kg. cm, 33-44 ft. lbs.).
c. Right Mounting Bracket To Engine Nuts And Bolts 50-65 Nm (500-650 kg. cm, 36-47 ft. lbs.).
