Exhaust Manifold: Testing and Inspection

1. Check for damage or cracking.
2. Using a straight edge and feeler gauge, check for cylinder head mating surface distortion.
Standard value, 0.15 mm (0.006 or less per inch).
Wear Limit, 0.3 mm (0.012 or less per inch).
