SUNROOF DRAIN HOSE RATTLE

CONDITION:

Rattle noise at the rear of the headliner in sunroof equipped vehicles produced prior to March 24, 1993.

CAUSE:

The sunroof drain hoses rattle against the headliner at the C-pillar.

CORRECTION:

1. Remove the headliner assembly.





2. Place "camper tape" or other wide 1/8" or thicker closed cell foam tape onto the headliner where the sunroof rear drain hoses contact the headliner. A 2" wide by 6" long piece of tape should adequately cover the area.
