Transfer Output Shaft Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required

- Driver Handle, 40 mm I.D. 07746-0030100

NOTE: Refer to the Exploded View as needed during the following procedure.

1. Remove the transfer output shaft bearing (A) from the transfer output shaft using a commercially available puller (B), a bearing separator (C), and a spacer (D). Place the spacer between the transfer output shaft and the puller to prevent damaging the transfer output shaft.






2. Install the bearing (A) on the transfer output shaft (B) using the 40 mm I.D. driver handle and a press.
