Throttle Cable/Linkage: Testing and Inspection

1. Start the Engine. Hold the Engine at 3,000 rpm with no load (Automatic Transmission (A/T) N or P position, Manual Transmission (M/T) in neutral) until the Radiator Fan comes on, then let it idle.
2. Check that the Throttle Cable operates smoothly with no binding or sticking. Repair as necessary.
