Balance Shaft Bearing: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove the crankshaft, the pistons and the other parts from the block, then clean the balancer shaft journal bearings of the block and the oil pump housing with a clean shop towel. Service and Repair
2. Check the surface of the bearings. If there is wear, damage or discoloration, replace the bearings or the oil pump housing.
